6:15pm - Breathe through a guided meditatation by Living Lotus Yoga and explore how to practice mindfulness
7pm - Build your village during our mix and mingle, with lite bites provided by Locals 10538 and cash bar
7:30pm - Balance life and children - bring your questions for our panel of professionals on 'Creating Emotional Balance for You and Your Children', including:
Ashley Napoli - Yoga Instructor and Self-Love Mentor. Founder of Living Lotus Yoga, a transformative wellness sanctuary dedicated to guiding women towards their most radiant selves. Designer of SELF: A 4-part Course for Spiritual & Emotional Discovery. Ms. Napoli has a B.A. in Adolescent Education from Iona University and an M.S. in Gifted Education from the College of New Rochelle. Ashley is leading Mommy and Me Yoga classes for The STEAM Collective on Mondays 9:30-10:15 and Tuesdays 10:30-11:15am from January 27 to March 4th at Locals 10538 in Larchmont, NY.
Claudine Gebhard - founder of iBuild4Life, a social and early childhood development organization focused on supporting families and empowering kids with the tools they need to create a bright, joyful future filled with connection and possibility.
Dr. Elina Skripochnik, PT, DPT - Founder of Elina Physical Therapy and co-founder of Speed Networking, LLC. Elina received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from New York University and specializes in newborns and school-age children. She is a passionate believer in the power of community and supports growth through collaboration for entrepeneurs.
